Both facilitators were well-informed, open, warm, and caring. They modelled strength and gentleness and listened. They worked well together and with each of us in the group. I felt nothing but genuine support from both of them. I’ve already recommended them to others. Although my situation was different from others in the group, I could see how much each of them grew through the program. From the pain we were all feeling at the first meeting, there was weekly progress, and I could see and feel how much each person was working through her issues. By the last week, there was such a sense of peace in the group. And that really helped me as well. I don’t believe that peace could have happened without the guidance and encouragement from the facilitators. I plan to continue with personal counselling as well.

Tammy you were amazing. you lead the way in openness and how real you were. thank you for just being you. the way you always was ready, and had your graphs this made it alot easier for us to relate. and how you shared your life with us made us feel connected and at ease sharing our lives. you were always available and showed genuine interest in each of our stories and us as individuals.

My facilitator was very helpful and understanding of my loss. Dallas did an excellent job in helping me deal with my grief. She was very kind and understanding. It really helped me to do this recovery program with her. I highly recommend her, she's an excellent facilitator!

Tammy was very supportive throughout the program and always available if we needed her. She explained clearly each week what we were doing and shared openly about her own experiences.
