Testimonials For Support Groups
Teresa was amazing. Everything was very professional and organized. Most importantly, she created a safe space and was equally vulnerable in sharing her experience too. This made a huge difference for me. The session was incredibly helpful, allowing me to feel comfortable and supported throughout.

Christina Paling was an outstanding facilitator. I felt supported in every way during my journey through understanding my unprocessed grief. She encouraged an open and safe space for my peers and I to share our experiences. I’ve developed a better understand of grief, and awareness of how I’ve coped in the past with it. I have the tools now to be able to heal. I couldn’t have had a better facilitator. Thank you Christina.

The program has taught me that I do not need another person to complete my loss. It’s given me tremendous strength and the last 8 weeks have changed me for good.

The program helped me process the grief of losing my spouse and that completing the program doesn’t mean ending the relationship.

I love the structure of this program. It gives you a good foundation to start on. I like the Alumni Sessions because it gives you the opportunity to continue with the program. I do wish that I was able to allow myself more time with the Alumni Session. But Whitney was wonderful, providing and creating a safe environment. Also bringing people together who normally wouldn't, I think is a wonderful thing. She gives easy to understand and helpful advise while you are going through the program. Thank you Whitney McMullin for hosting these program & sharing your story.

Much of what I stated above, the program was phenomenal, but I attribute it to having Sherri as the Coach. She is such a naturally gifted leader and speaker. She is calm, collected, organized & extremely empathic, soft-spoken and quite a leader and listener. The level of compassion and knowledge she exhibits is exemplary and I highly recommend her program to any and all that struggle with incomplete grief, loss and betrayal. Many times, I was stuck on a concept, a feeling and an assignment, but she graciously walked me through it, assuring me I can feel comfortable and safe completely the written, graphs of the particular chapter. Knowing that she always understood and was patient with me during this process and the struggles I was having emotionally, her gentle yet confident assurance and belief on me truly warmed my soul.

Kara was very open and honest about our group being her first class. She shared her trying times with us which opened the full communication highway for us to do the same. It is hard as an adult to come to terms with the emotional upheavals we face daily. We are taught to be brave, keep going, and always say "I am fine" when you are truly feeling anything but fine. Kara approach of "be real, be true to yourself" is refreshing and your course allows that to happen when you fully do all of the work.
