I had a wonderful facilitator who helped me navigate some really wild waters. At the moment, I am tired. Looking inward is exhausting. Andrea was great. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. She was soft spoken so I always felt calm in her presence. The program was helpful because she put the information in terms of how she used it.
