Lillian is kind, caring, patient and compassionate, she wants to support and offer what this program has to offer but was open to listen to my concerns regarding the book, and some of the activities. Reading my Loss Graph was very beneficial and she allowed a safe and welcoming space for me to share and always made me feel heard and validated. Lillian would offer and display her examples of the homework to ensure I felt comfortable with sharing and being vulnerbale as she set the tone for this every week and was greatly appreciated. If this was offered in a group setting, I do believe I would have not continued as I don't think I would have felt as comfortable or safe sharing these vulnerabilities, as Lillian is a wonderful support.

It was times that I wanted to give up and Kwabena Terrence Shelton, stated for us to keep going. We have to speak from our hearts and tell the truth. I was able to complete the various tasks, even at times that I didn't want to. The facilitator was available at various times to help us work through our stumbling blocks. He was open and was a hear with ears.

Seth is an outstanding facilitator! He is kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. He made what could have been an uncomfortable situation super comfortable for myself, and I am sure, the other members of our class. He was super thorough, and he was sure to repeat things enough that what I needed to remember stuck with me. He made confidentiality, kindness, and the general "rules" of The GRM clear and kindly kept those rules so that we were all in a safe environment!

Nicole is a highly compassionate professional who demonstrates a deep understanding of the complex nature of grief that individuals experience. She understands how complicated grief is, and she works really hard to provide a comforting environment where someone who is experiencing grief can openly express their emotions, learn healthy and proactive coping strategies, and be supported. Nicole is an excellent listener, but what makes her outstanding is that she also offers an exceptional level of understanding and compassion that meets you where you are at. This is a skill that not many have. She has helped me adapt and adjust to loss in a healthy fashion. I truly felt supported, and she was there for me through one of the toughest times of my life as my emotional support and cheerleader and I am eternally grateful for that. After working with Nicole, I feel more empowered to maintain the best possible mental health for myself while dealing with grief.
