Testimonials For One-on-One Support
The program was very helpful not only in helping me realize the source for a lot of my grief, but how to ultimately recover from it. As someone who can often be described as a skeptic and someone set in their own ways, at the outset I was skeptical the program would work for me. However, as the program went on, the materials and the instructor helped me work through this, explain to me what forgiveness is and is not, and ultimately start the process of recovery. By the end of the program I genuinely felt that I had healed from the relationship grief I was experiencing - It didn't weigh on me anymore, and recounting events did not result in the intense anger and rage it once did. More importantly, I now have the tools to apply the method to other areas of my life.

This book/process has been a tremendous support in helping me understand grief and process the loss of my mom. It is an outstanding program and my facilitator, Ashley Wolfe, was exceptional. She has a very special gift as a grief recovery facilitator and I am so greateful for the opportunity to work with her as I continue through this journey. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this program and Ashley, it's been life changing.

It helped me be able to communicate verbally the grief and abuse that I went through. I have never been able to say those words outload, which was a very helpful experience for me. Being able to say it has really helped my healing journey. I now know that I can do hard things that feel scary.

It helped me understand that conflicted feelings are normal and that I’m not a bad person for having negative feelings toward someone I love when they hurt me. I also never recognized some of my habits are STERBS so the program has increased my awareness in this area.

The program has taken me, steadily, through a year of multiple losses, from shock and feeling lost, to regaining my inner connection, to developing new understanding of myself, and the people who died, leading to acceptance of what we each brought to our relationships, and finally, a sense of peace.

It was able to show me steps to take to finish what was felt to be unfinished after my loss. Allowing a new freedom to move forward less burdened by the loss and past.

The program helped me dig deep into feelings I still held on to about a great loss 20 years ago. I had no idea I was feeling so much guilt for all of these years. I felt like a weight was lifted. I learned some techniques to deal with other losses on my own now. Lisa is an outstanding facilitator. She is knowledgeable and so caring.

I embarked on the GRM with an open mind. I felt apprehensive but hopeful that it would help with the grief I had been experiencing. And it has. I feel I have gained a real and effective “coping kitbag” to be able to work through the grievances life brings: big and small. Chris is wonderful. She has such a way that makes you feel you can be completely open and honest, without analysis, without judgement and ultimately helps get the most out of the programme. I highly recommend.

As previously mentioned, I first sought out William for an assessment. Once completed, William and I discussed treatment options over the phone. I explained to him that I was interested in counseling, but did not believe that I necessarily needed addiction counseling given that I had quit drinking altogether months prior. William agreed that addiction counseling would not be beneficial at this point, but believed that grief counseling might be a better fit. As most individuals, the only grief I was familiar with was grief from the loss of a loved one in death or divorce and was hesitant as I have not experienced much death in my life. William explained the program to me and why he felt it would be helpful for me. He could hear in my voice the anger that had been building up from losses that I had not dealt with. He used the metaphor of a tea pot filling up with steam and wanted to release some of steam building up inside of me through this program. Being somewhat of a sceptic, I went in with doubts. I immediately overcame these doubts in the first one on one meeting we had. William is unlike any therapist I have previously seen. He has also experienced losses and has overcame them through using this program. A good therapist can connect with their clients. A good therapist can show that they have been there as well and are coming from real life experiences. William is extremely passionate in the grief/loss program and has made it his goal to help others overcome their losses. In completing this program, I have overcome the losses I had experienced in an abusive relationship and have let go of the anger that has made my life unmanageable for years. I am a true believer in this program and in William Crowe. Thank you William.

This program was an excellent tool in causing me to reflect on the various losses throughout my life, and bring some completion to them. I had a couple that I didn’t even realize I needed to deal with, until taking the class

I feel 'lighter' since finishing the program. I plan to go back to do another grief line on my chart and will work with Judy G again for this. I think everyone should do this program - Because of the work of the program I have changed the way I look at some things that have been part of my life for 50-60 years - no longer blaming a victim of circumstance for the circumstance. It took this program to see that, and to shed grief attached.

Specifically pinpoints areas needed to properly recover. Without the structure of the program: I believe very little progress would be made .

This program has really helped me learn how to better express my emotions towards grief and loss and also how to move forward in healthier ways to cope with grief. I have also learned how to be there for others who express their own grief and loss with me. It is an excellent program that I would recommend to others.
