Michelle is an outstanding facilitator for this method. She is thorough, thoughtful and compassionate in her approach. I felt a unique bonding with her because she helped me feel comfortable and trusting that she understood what I was experiencing. I am so grateful for the Grief Recovery Method. I have recommended it to many others who are going through grief.

OUTSTANDING!!! Michelle Bader like I’ve said before in the other comment sections. She was amazing kind and patient. She had a wonderful listening ear. Without judgement or negativity. She was Professional, but also like speaking to a good friend as well. She knew the Program and was so easy to follow her. She spoke with grace and humility. A WIN WIN like I’ve said before.

I appreciate how Michelle ran our sessions. We had a very nice, comfortable, private room in the back of a coffee shop which was the perfect setting for the small group. She ran the sessions with compassion and really helped us to share our losses. She provided clear instructions on what we were supposed to do each week, along with examples from her own experiences. This process was helpful and effective at learning how to process our losses.

My facilitator, Michelle Bader, was amazing. Backstory, I was immediately reaching out trying to find a therapist/counselor/guide to help me navigate my loss as I was in extreme stages of grief and pain. Nobody would return my call. I received Michelle's information third party through a friend and reached out. She got back in contact with me in less than 24 hours. What an amazing gift that was! I truly was feeling like nobody cared. I was a little hesitant to work a program over Zoom but immediately felt connected to her. I told her things throughout the program that I wouldn't have told anybody. She didn't judge and helped me work through the program so I could be successful. She was encouraging and relatable. The gratefulness I have for Michelle being my facilitator so I could successfully work the program is something that I could never describe properly. I feel like she was placed into my life and would shout her praises from the highest mountain. Thank you to Michelle!

This program was very informative about the subject of grief and revealed many inaccuracies that are passed down in families and through society. I felt safe and comfortable in sharing about my grief through this program. The facilitator was gentle in her guidance through discovering my personal grief and helped by her sharing of her grief journey.

This program helped me to understand Grief and dispel myths I had about grief. It helped to to do the work it takes to truly move through my grief and begin healing. Each assignment and chapel built upon one another to help with that healing.

This program and especially Michelle, understood every emotion i describe and expressed. She gave me permission to feel sad, mad, lost, etc., while helping me unpack unresolved issues that needed attention so that I could begin to let go of the trauma and grief I experienced with losing my husband.

This program worked for me because it provided action steps to work through every aspect of the relationship being grieved. It was a lot of hard work that may not have happened without the structure of the program. I feel empowered having completed this process and discussing it with my grief coach.

I feel lighter after burning my final letter. There is less of a fearful or anxious underlying emotional state for me. I didn't even realize it was there until it was gone.

My experience with GRM was great! I ended the course feeling empowered with the tools and knowledge to continue my journey of recovery. In order to be successful with the program, you have to be willing to be vulnerable and completely honest. I've learned so many great tools that are now helping me walk my kids through their grief after losing their dad. GRM has helped me reframe grief and how it should be handled.

This program really helped me to not only think about the grief that happened recently but things that happened throughout my life that I may not have dealt with. It gave me tools to use and to contributor use throughout the remainder of my life.
