The program taught me humility which is to pause and reflect my journey of life with all its changes, loss, struggles, suffering, grief, and JOY. It taught me courage which is to be unafraid and take decisive action by unpacking sorrow and pain and laying it aside not just adjusting the unbearable burden and weight.
