Matt laid out the ground rules from time one and would remind us at each of the meeting that everything must remain confidential, not to give a tissue until the person asks, etc. He was always good at listening and was willing to meet individually if needed.

It was very helpful after experiencing a major job loss. I am so glad I found this program and instructor at this time in my life. It has helped get me through a lot of loss and sadness and trauma. The group leader and people were great in my class and the discussions were eye opening and insightful too. I loved it and am sorry to see it end, in fact! Thank you for a great program!

I feel better since I have went through the grief recovery program. I have found that I’ve given myself a voice for the loss that I’ve had… And I now have a process and dealing with grief as I move forward.
