I walked into this training expecting to just get taught the materials we would need to teach but actually walking through the method helped me grasp the concept better. It is a class you have to commit to in order to get the most out of it but it is worth it! The only downside I have with this course is that most classes are on the weekend. If you have little ones that can mean an additional cost to find childcare.

The 4-day online Grief Recovery Certification training was extremely professional, yet also very personal and sensitively presented. The trainer was one of the best I've had. She was extremely knowledgable, patient, sensitive and present. This is one of the best online trainings I've done in a while - and I've done a lot! I'm looking forward to adding GRM to my coaching business and feel confident going forward after this thorough training.

The GRM is nothing less than miraculously transformative. Using this method, I was able to complete the grief on a relationship I had thought was finished years ago. The emotional relief was profound and the physical release was nothing less than astounding. For me, the most significant improvement has been to my cognitive abilities. We don't talk as much about how grief diminishes our abilities to plan, imagine, problem solve, critically think. When I finished my letter, it was as if a veil had lifted from my mind. It's taking me some time to process the changes I feel from just this one completion, but I know I will use this method regularly. For the first time in years, I am genuinely excited about life. I can't even begin to describe how beautifully Sandi Derby, our instructor, facilitated our group. And the other participants were the most vulnerable, safe and kind people I've ever met. The entire experience was emotionally taxing but literally life changing in the most beautiful way.
