As I said earlier, I’ve been through grief counseling and another grief group; they were very helpful during my first year; however after nearly five years my husband passed, there was still a lot of emptiness, regret, and anger even though I was moving on..someone new in my life and retirement...the anger persisted. GR really opened my eyes to the MANY losses in my life I never really dealt with and helped provid the breakthroughs and understanding the angers I was carrying in my back pocket making it difficult to have closure over his death...GR has given me hope as self forgiveness, forgiveness, and healing are now in progress.❤️ Outstanding!
