My name is Chris Ganesh, and I’m dedicated to supporting you on your journey to navigate loss and grief, with the goal of finding joy and happiness in your life again. My own path has been shaped by significant losses, including an emotionally absent father, an older brother battling multiple cancer diagnoses, and a younger brother who struggled with mental illness and attempted suicide. These experiences created emotional baggage that I had to confront as I built my own family.
After getting married and having children, I realized that I needed to break my cycle of not feeling completed and as happy as I wanted to be. What I didn’t realize was that the losses I experienced in childhood accumulated over time, preventing me from feeling whole and establishing a foundation for true happiness. After experiencing the Grief Recovery Method first hand and how transformative it was, I’ve made it my mission to assist and join fellow humans in their grief journeys and help them rediscover their path back to happiness.
The Grief Recovery Method is an evidence-based, heart-centered, action-oriented program designed to help you heal from the pain, isolation, and loneliness caused by loss of any kind. Whether you are grieving from a death, divorce, romantic break-up, or another type of loss causing grief, the program will equip you with tools to resolve lingering painful emotions that are still causing distress.
Over the past 40 years, the program has been refined to guide individuals in recovering from loss with supportive, emotional direction every step of the way.
