Gina's experience with grief began early in life, just like many people out there. Not knowing how to deal with her losses she buried the pain deep in her heart and mind. She was gifted at finding ways to numb her pain, and as a result finally managed to throw a bomb into her picture perfect life. As much as she worked with therapists and coaches to get her life back on track, she didn't fully understand the impact of her unresolved grief on her life, nor did she know how to deal with it. It wasn't until she found herself married to a Funeral Director and working in her own family owned funeral home that she started to fully understand grief and the role it plays in our every days lives. So in 2010 she dove in and found her now passion and became a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. The Grief Recovery Method not only helped her with her own unresolved grief, it gave her a new direction in life, a direction that she is grateful to be sharing with other grievers.
She lives in a small town outside of Ottawa, Canada called Arnprior. She continues to work in the Funeral Home business but has added a much needed service in the area of Grief Support.
She offers Group programs, One on One in person programs, and One on One Online Programs.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
