My name is Alexis Williams. I am an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist, Certified Life Coach, & Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher. I have a passion for assisting people on their path to well-being. I have worked with clients in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years. I am now dedicated to assisting people through grief due to loss. I found the Grief Recovery Method after my unresolved grief due to the loss of my father and the loss of my marriage due to a divorce. The GRM was remarkable in helping with not only my loss due to divorce but in addition the unresolved grief due to the loss of my father. I experienced recovery, completion, and peace. I am so happy to bring the Grief Recovery Method to my one on one sessions.
