Hello my name is Zoe and I am based in the UK. I am a Grief Recovery Specialist and Life Purpose Coach. I first discovered the Grief Recovery Method through searching for support in dealing with the overwhelming loss after all three of my children were diagnosed with Autism. The programme gave me the strength and opportunity to face my loss openly and honestly which then allowed me to move on. I specialise in supporting other parents/carers through their loss around disability and illness .
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
