Hello! My name is William Crowe and I am a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist. Throughout my career, I have taught ways to identify, avoid, and manage the places, people, feelings, and things that are associated with substance abuse. I attended a GRM seminar and in that 1 hour, I knew that I had to experience the GRM. I had the pleasure to participate in the 8-week GRM group, in addition to the GRMS training, and without a doubt, it has been the best healing experience of my life.
My ultimate desire is to educate the community that unaddressed grief is a public health issue that may lead to poor health outcomes, increased substance abuse, and increased suicide lethality. The Grief Recovery Method (GRM) is an action-oriented program that helps you identify the loss that is causing your grief and develop a strategy of healing through specific steps to address emotional pain. Thus, assisting in a pathway to recovery and improving health outcomes.
GRM services are provided in the Reynoldsburg and Columbus, Ohio areas.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
Our support groups offer a safe, evidence-based environment for grievers to take effective and lasting action, no matter the type of loss experienced. These groups are led by Grief Recovery Method Specialists, trained and certified by the Grief Recovery Institute.
