Welcome, my name is Wendy Yelle, I am an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist. I live in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, however, I adore the convenience of remote work. I have been an educator in Health for 26 years and a wellness professional as a Certified Personal Trainer and nutritional leader. My grief journey has been long and numerous, I was raised in a household that was unstable, I widow at the age of thirty, and have had over 25 deaths in 23 years., Thankfully, I was introduced to the GRM which changed my life! I was able to heal wounds from childhood that I had been trying to heal through conventional therapy for almost 40 years. The GRM helped me so much, I decided to become a specialist!
My forte is with Pet Loss and Helping Children With Loss, but I love walking with others on their loss journey one on one and in group formats as well. The method is so impactful, that no matter the loss, it really does change ones life. My biggest desire is to help others find their joy in living again and never have to harbor pain that weighs you down. Bring that happiness back into your life so you can enjoy the special people and blessings in your world.
My additional services offered provide grief coaching and utilizing my speciality in nutrition and fitness to assist my clients in continuing to create a holistic healthy life. By implementing self-care and love to heal the whole body in order to complete a life that has health, joy , and energy as a foundation.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
The loss of a pet can be emotionally devastating. Sadly, the impact of the heartbreak of this type of loss is often downplayed or ignored by friends and family. This 6-meeting program is focused on offering pet owners an effective mechanism for taking action to move through and beyond their grief.
