With a compassionate heart for people, Valari shares her personal triumphs over pain and loss. Having endured the effects of divorce, several miscarriages and the deaths of her parents, her journey with the Grief Recovery Method has created a deeper need to reproduce that recovery in others. Valari states that because of the Grief Recovery Method and foundation, she is able to assist in the healing process in the life journey when facing loss of children, career changes and death. In sharing her personal trials of former negative life experiences it is her hope to elevate and fortify your life as she invokes transparency and transformational hope.
"When my father became ill and died in 1995, I was rushed me away from the gravesite to return to work and a crumbling marriage. This disabled me from experiencing the impact of my loss or comforting my mother or family members. With my focus misdirected I dealt with the trauma for years. There was no healing, no taking time to process my loss. There was no closure. Since that time I have become empowered by The Grief Recovery Method to confront death, divorce and my other losses. The Grief Recovery Method has enabled me to grow, impact and build others to become more strengthened individuals at work, in their homes, churches and various social relationships."
