I’m a former teacher and former career military wife, now widow. After personally going through Grief Recovery I wanted to find a way to help others.
I’m located in Jessamine County, Kentucky in the city of Wilmore. Services offered will be:
~ 7 week 1:1 individual sessions
~ 8 week group sessions (maximum 15 people)
Grief Recovery Method addresses any form of loss; pets, jobs, divorce, lifestyle, death etc.
Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. Education in Teaching and Master's in Psychology, Counseling. Experience in 1:1 mentoring, peer counseling, group counseling, and marriage mentoring.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
