Loss comes in more than 43 forms; the most familiar are death, divorce, loss of a pet, loss of health or loss of a job. If you find that you are trying to live with unresloved grief, you have come to the right site. Hi, my name is Nancy Hull, and I am a woman who has experienced my fair share of loss and trauma. In 2014, I became certified as an Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine. As my practice grew, it became apparant that the majority of my clients were experiencing unresloved grief without even knowing it. This fact led me to seek training and certification by The Grief Recovery Institute. In 2016, I became certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist. In 2019, I took my training further to become an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist which allows me to work, via Zoom, with people all over the world. In 2020, I was certified to present the program Helping Children With Loss.
The Grief Recovery Method is an effective action program that:
Helps you look at your losses and the pain they've caused
Creates a safe environment in which to address the losses and the pain
Provides action choices to move you beyond the pain to completion
Even if your loss happened years ago, so much of what society teaches us about how to grieve is incorrect and not helpful. The Grief Recovery Method adressess the myths such as :
"They are in a better place"
"Be Strong"
"Keep busy"
"You just need to get over it"
"TIme will help you heal"
Please, do yourself a favor by reaching out to me.
I specialize in One on One and Group Sessions as well as Pet Loss and Helping Children With Loss.

Testimonial from a counselor's point of view
" I am so impressed with the quality of Nancy's therapeutic work and the value of the outcome that I often recommend her to my clients who are needing to move that boulder of grief that is keeping them from progressing in their counseling sessions."

Clients' Experience
After using The Grief Recovery Handbook as my guide, with Nancy as my partner and confidant, I began to undestand what the word "grief" entails. Through Nancy's quiet acceptance and the rigorous demands of the book, I came through the program with a competlely new point of veiw about my life and how senseless myths can easily be created in response to actions and words from the past. After so many years of chaos, anger, isolation and pain, I was able to step away from the darkness and find balance in the light of myself"
