My name is Liana Gott and I am excited to be able to offer The Grief Recovery Method to our community. Like most of us, numerous types of loss have impacted my life personally over the years: loss of loved ones, loss of significant relationships, loss of pets, and the loss that comes from moving or having to change lifelong dreams and goals.
The Grief Recovery Method is available in person, either in a group setting or one-on-one, to individuals in Hancock County and the surrounding area. I am a licensed social worker, currently focusing on community mental health education, support, and advocacy at NAMI Hancock County in Findlay Ohio.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
