The Grief Recovery Method was recommended to me after the death of my daughter, my 3rd baby that died. GRM has given me space to allow myself to connect with my daughter in ways I wasn't able to before because of some of the negative things I was holding on to. Through this program I was able to work through relationships that were preventing me from living life after my daughter's death.
I have always been looking for my "purpose". After my daughter died, I knew there weren't enough resources for grief. The Grief Recovery Method and helping grievers has given me that purpose I have always longed for.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
