I am a Certified Professional Life Coach coaching through a Biblical perspective providing services in Life, Leadership, and Loss. My most profound year of loss came in 1990. That year from January all the way through December, was marked with one loss after another. First my marriage, then all the hopes, dreams, and expectations for what I hoped that marriage would be, my job, and then to cap off the year of loss, my dad, my person, my champion, died from a short and brutal journey with cancer. GRM has helped me find completion and peace in these losses allowing me to step forward and help others walk their journey with grief enabling them to experience their own place of completion and peace.
I look forward to working with individuals and groups in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.
I hold a B.A. Biblical Studies; M.A. Clinical Christian Counseling; and am a Certified Professional Life Coach through an ICF accredited institution and am an ACE Foundations Certified Coach.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
