Retired from the United Methodist Church, Iowa Annual Conference 10 years ago and currently reside in Arizona full time with my wife of 42 years.  I spent 20 years in the pastorate in Iowa, 13 1/2 year in my home town and 7 years in another church before retirement.  My wife worked for Hospice of Mahaska County for 14 years and both of us have spent most of our adult lives caring for older adults and young children.  I spent many years trying to help people work through their grief and it wasn't until I discovered "The Grief Recovery Method" that I found a program that is an effective tool to help us deal with loss in our lives.  I am thoroughly committed to helping as many people as possible through leading this program.
