Dan is a clinically certified chaplain with the National Association of Veterans Affairs Chaplains (NAVAC). He is grief specialist in the Tulsa area of Northeastern Oklahoma with over 40 years of grief support experience in law enforcement, fire service, military, hospice, and VA hospital chaplaincy.
Dan is well acquainted with loss and how to process it in his own life. He serves a diverse population of individuals and families dealing with end-of-life issues, death, and loss to provide recovery and life transition services including relationships, children, freedom, financial, and career. His expertise and focus is with veterans, police, firefighters, first responders, and clergy who are seeking to recover from the feelings of loss and trauma related to these difficult careers.
Dan is a certified specialist in the Grief Recovery Method™. He helps people recover from the emotional pain experienced from loss. The Grief Recovery Method™ (GRM) is an educational action-based program that helps people move from incomplete emotional relationships to complete ones.
GRM is a suitable program for individuals to work one-on-one with a trained and certified GRM Specialist or in a group setting. This format utilizes proven materials in the in-person or virtual presentations.
