Helping others is my passion!

I was introduced to the Grief Recovery Method through my local church in 2006, in Northeast Ohio. Many get introduced to this program through a recent loss they have experienced, that's not my story! I was brought to the program because it was a requirement in order to participate in a program, to say that I'm forever grateful for that requirement is an understatement! You see for most of my life "I internalized my feelings!" It was during this time, that I was given the opportunity to see that I was walking around with unresolved grief and how I never dealt with things that happen to me, beginning with my childhood.

In 2012, I went through the training to be a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. The mission/goal for the Institute is to "to deliver grief recovery assistance to the largest number of people in the shortest period of time." The Grief Recovery Method has changed my life and now I would love to share this program with others who may be hurting. I personally have a passion to see women, whole and healthy, so that they can show up fully for the people they love the most.

I'm located in Northeast Ohio and currently support people online or in person, doing the one on one and support group formats.
