Hello, my name is Bisi Gbadebo, I’m glad you are here. My journey with Grief Recovery started when I heard a friend talk about the Grief Recovery Method. I decided to attend the training so that I can help people that have experienced different types of losses including domestic abuse victims/survivors.

During the training, I realized I have unresolved grief I had to complete. My dad died in 2006 and my junior brother 2 years later, the painful part was I had not seen them in years before their passing. I was able to complete the pain associated with the losses I had experienced and many other losses I was not aware of - moving to another country, the loss of friends I grew up with and the community, relationship breakdown, domestic abuse, divorce, health issue, and intangible losses – loss of identity, loss of trust and safety.
The Grief Recovery method helped and gave me the tools I needed to let go of the emotional pain of the losses I had experienced and deal with any new losses.

I am based in Dagenham, Essex in the United Kingdom. As an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, I am also able to offer online sessions and connect with you wherever you are based.
