Hello, my name is Ben Brady and I am an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist working from my home on the beautiful Fife coast in Scotland, UK. I am not unfamiliar with grief, diagnosed with an inoperable brainstem aneurysm in 1999, I live with loss every day.
So I came to the Grief Recovery Method weighed down with grief, and the Method gave me such relief that I trained to be a Specialist myself to offer that relief to others.
I offer in-person and online One to One & Group Grief Recovery Method programs so I can help people anywhere in the world, those with many losses including Pet Loss, Helping Children with Loss and an Alumni Programme offering continued Recovery from Grief.
In a former life, for many years, I have ministered to several churches & am still very active as a Christian shepherd.
I also offer personal counselling from my home in Burntisland.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
Our support groups offer a safe, evidence-based environment for grievers to take effective and lasting action, no matter the type of loss experienced. These groups are led by Grief Recovery Method Specialists, trained and certified by the Grief Recovery Institute.
