Catherine Best

Catherine Best is an Advanced GRMS and GRI Trainer based in the UK has 30+ years of experience in Early Years, Primary and University level education as a teacher and university lecturer, with Masters in Autism and Neurodiverse conditions.

Since certifying in 2013, she has been the proud Director of her Community Interest (Not for Profit) Company and has been funded by the National Lottery many times, alongside delivering the Grief Recovery Method through Social Prescription. She is also contracted to many large organisations nationally and internationally to support their employees through the GRM and works closely with the Health and Education Authorities. Additionally her work with the Helping Children with Loss program has further fuelled her passion for supporting the wellbeing of young people, believing it gives parents, carers and professionals the communication tools they need to support others to the best of their ability.

Catherine also has an amazing husband, six fantastic children and a gorgeous dog!

In addition to being a Trainer and active Specialist, Catherine is also the Director of UK Operations.
