Toni Brabec is an Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, a Certified Birth and Bereavement Doula and Co-Founder of Our Little Sparrows-Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support. Toni lost her first born daughter, Olivia Hope, shortly after birth at 33 weeks to a fatal diagnosis during pregnancy called Renal Agenesis, which is the the absence of kidneys. Exactly a year later, she lost her mother to a heart attack followed by the loss of two subsequent pregnancies to early miscarriage. In the midst of her pain and loss, she gave birth to her son, James, who is now 6 years old. Most recently in 2021, Toni gave birth to her second daughter, Audrey who is now 11 months old. Though raising her living son and daughter is a wonderful joy and gift, she felt the challenges of raising living children through the pre-existing lense of child loss, and the loss of her expectation of what her family should be like. Through the pain and grief, Toni and her husband, Geoff, discovered Grief Recovery Method and both have become certified specialists. They wanted to help others experiencing loss find hope and sense of purpose and completion through acknowledging their grief and utlizing correct action tools.
Toni's passion is to serve the broken-hearted and be a heart with ears. Toni serves the greater Sacramento area in California. As well as Online 1-on-1 Grief Support.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
