Hello, and welcome to my site.
Before becoming a grief recovery specialist in 2018, I had spent more than a decade learning about various healing and wellness modalities including yoga, therapeutic massage, and life coaching. Being of service to others is a huge motivation in all of my work, and when I learned about the Grief Recovery Institute and their specialist certification course, I felt called to it, for both personal and professional reasons. I didn't need to "make up my mind" I simply needed to listen to my heart.
When I showed up at the training and began doing the work of grief recovery on myself, and witnessing the others in my group as they moved through the process, I understood that this work would allow me to be of service on a completely new level, as well as to heal myself from the losses I had suffered in the past. Since then, it has become my mission to share the Grief Recovery Method with as many grieving people as possible. I feel blessed to have the tools to continue the work on myself, and to reach completion in all of the significant relationships in my life, both past and present.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
