I work with grievers in person and online - in groups and with individuals. As a co-founder of Tools for Change, I bring over 40 years of experience working with individuals, organizations, and communities at the intersection of spirituality and social justice.
As a passionate advocate for people reclaiming their full humanity, I'm committed to creating safe, healing, and welcoming spaces for anyone seeking to better connect with themselves, their community, the earth, and the world.
My personal Journey - The loss of my stepfather led me on a journey of healing the losses of my biological mother and father and is what led me to the Grief Recovery Method. In addition to grieving the loss of loved ones, I have grieved the losses around climate change, and the social polarization in the US and around the world.
As an ally to those seeking to make a more equitable and compassionate society, I'm especially interested in working with front-line workers such as community activists and organizers, health professionals, teachers, social workers firefighters, and those working in the criminal justice system, many of whom have experienced huge losses and who have a working lifetime of putting themselves on the line.
