I am Vickie Taylor, and Grief Recovery Method Specialist. One thing I have learned over the years and through my education is that unresolved grief will not take care of itself. Sometimes we don't even realize we are grieving. As I ventured into the Grief Recovery Method training I realized I had grief in areas I didn't even know about. I feel healthier and happier recognizing the grief and having the tools to learn to manage it. I want to share this with you!
I am in Ashland, Ohio and currently offer the Support Groups in person in an 8-week format, meeting once a week. I think this gives us all time to process what we are learning and gives us space to really engage with the book and the exercises.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
