My name is Tamika and I, like you, grieve. As a griever who has gone through the Grief Recovery Method program, I know the confusion, shock, despair and a great mix of many other emotions that a person can feel who has experienced a loss or significant life change. I have been personally transformed from a place of hopelessness to now hopeful. As Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist I have witnessed clients with fear and uncertainty take life-changing actions that resulted in their recovery. I provide the following in person Grief Recovery Method services either one on one or in groups in Cuyahoga and Lake Counties: Grief Recovery Method and Helping Children with Loss.

I am a licensed independent social worker specializing in trauma and grief. I received my undergraduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and graduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. I have a wealth of experience working in maternal/infant mental health, perinatal and infant loss, collaborative and integrated care, and individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient hospital, private and community mental health settings.
