Hi I'm Mary. I may not know exactly what you're feeling or going through. What I do know is how I felt when I was going through my own deep sadness, despair, and unresolved sinkhole of grief. I have had so many losses in my life and I didn't even know that it was affecting me, holding me back, or that it even mattered.

I didn't understand what to do, how it was affecting all areas of my life, or even believe that I needed help. I read books, did other programs, sought counseling, and tried to get over it and more. I did everything that I was told to do. I tried to ignore it, work on it, and even to handle it better. Nothing worked for me until I found this program.
