As a Grief Recovery Method Specialist, I provide a safe and comforting space for my clients to work through grief and loss. I believe in the importance of acknowledging your feelings and allowing yourself permission to feel all emotions that may arise - there is no right or wrong way to grieve. My certifications as a Life Coach and as an Addiction Counselor, combined with my training in Compassionate Inquiry, Shadow Work and Family Constellations-informed, ground my approach to supporting you, and ground my belief that true healing comes from self-compassion.
Working with me, you'll cultivate a new understanding of grief. I will guide you in ways that will enable you to gain strength and invite you to see and understand how grief plays out in your life, how it shows up in ways you don't recognize. Together we will create a space where you feel safe, where you feel seen and heard as you go through your healing journey. I will guide you every step of the way.
Having journeyed through deep grief myself, I believe we have the answers within. With my support, you will find healing from the grief that you have been carrying. The source of your grief may be resulting from a divorce or breakup, the loss of job, the loss of a pet, the death of a loved one, re-locating, a child moving out, or any of the over 40 ways in which we grieve: grief and loss comes in many forms.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
