Located in the foothills of East Tennessee, Pathway Grief Recovery was born out of a desire to come alongside and hold space for people who have experienced life-changing loss and are stuck in deep, unresolved grief.
The inspiration for my journey comes from my late husband, John. His passion was helping people recognize what a precious gift life is and how amazing it can be if we only do the work to affect positive change.
Working through grief and loss is not a path you should walk alone. We are meant to help one another navigate the struggles that often leave us without direction.
After John died, I knew that I could not sit alone in my deep grief and expect to live the same life that I had before. I furiously sought a solution that would bring me to the surface where I could breathe again. I was determined to work this out without any formal help. And I did until I couldn't anymore.
Enter the Grief Recovery Method.
Through a series of action steps and a plan to regain my life, I moved forward and was finally free of grief's pain. I am vibrant and alive once more. It feels incredible to have that heaviness lifted and move forward in life.
The Grief Recovery Method is not a program where you sit in your grief and trauma week after week and let it gnaw away at your life.
It is a program that equips you with tools proven to help you do and be better in your heart and mind.
I am proof that this program works. I have joy, gratitude, and satisfaction in my life once again. I am living life to its fullest every day.
Through one-on-one meetings or in a group setting, I will coach you through evidence-based action steps that remove the pain of grief, enabling you to move forward.
