I signed up for this training with my co-workers for two reasons. We work with children experiencing loss on a regular basis and my family has experienced an uncommon amount of loss over the last decade. I felt this may help me help my niece and daughter through their grief.

Diane was an outstanding coach who demonstrated empathy and understanding to me, helped me feel safe in opening up, and helped me open my eyes to a new, and far better, way of dealing with the grief and losses in my life. I have already been able to continue to use the skills she taught me in other ways, other relationships, and to broaden my ability to handle complex emotions, relationships, and situations. I started the program with the intention to work on one issue and quickly discovered that I needed to work on another. Diane helped me realize that feelings are ok and even helped me clarify and rename the feelings; which I fully believe helped me process the program. I feel free - from lifelong beliefs that I’ve allowed to weigh me down. I can feel changes in my relationships - more importantly, in myself. I wish I would have known about this program decades ago and will actively share with everyone I know.
