I am Pastor Cheryl Warfield and I began this journey in Grief Recovery 20 years ago. It began as a ministry quest to help other people. I quickly realized I needed to apply this to my own life and receive the benefits. It was one of the best things I have ever done for my personal, emotional, and spiritual growth. Today, I continue this journey by helping others navigate the difficult and lonely waters of grief, giving hope in the midst of darkness and dispair.
I currently reside in Rochester, New York and service the Western New York area. I provide 1 on 1 Grief Support, Grief Recovery Groups, Helping Children with Loss Groups, and Pet Loss Groups throughout the year.
I am a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh earning a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Kent State University. Following graduation, I worked in Coporate America relocating several times before finally arriving in Akron. After 30 years of service, I retired from The House of the Lord and relocated back to my hometown of Rochester. I am an ordained Pastor and I've served as a volunteer Hospital Chaplain and Sorority Chaplain as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
I enjoy fine dining, traveling, crafts, and sports. Above all, I love the Lord and His people. God has called me and given me the grace to minister to women, children and grievers.
