About The Format

This program is taught in 6 sessions, either once a week for 6 weeks or twice a week for 3 weeks. There are 2-3 days in between sessions if offered twice a week. Each session is approximately 2 hours long. There is reading and assignments in between sessions. GRM Support Groups are not drop in style groups. All GRM programs are confidential, structured and action oriented.

Welcome, I'm Karen a Grief Recovery Method Specialist,

I have a Master's degree in Psychology and specialized areas of interest in early childhood trauma, loss and grief. I also have a heart for our military service men and women returning from recent wars and years of deployment. After experiencing my own personal loss of my parents three years in a row and the affects it had on myself and my family as we were all attempting to navigate through our grief, quite unsuccessfully I might add.
