My program facilitator, Mary, was unbelievably gracious, compassionate, insightful, generous, and emotionally supportive during these six transformative weeks. I am eternally grateful for her tenderness and grace, and for helping me recover from the loss of Lilah who was the greatest love of my life. Mary continued to offer me support after each week and continues to even after the program is over. She is absolutely wonderful in more ways than I can describe. I am so thankful I was recommended to her by my sister and we were able to do this important work together. My facilitator was exactly who I needed to complete this program. She came through as someone who full of empathy and understanding and genuinely really held space for me to release my grief while still making me feel safe to do so. I understand that many people can be facilitators with the right training and delivery, but it takes very special people who make you feel so seen and understood, just like Mary was for me.
