This program has taught me some tools to use when overwhelmed with grief/loss. It gave my helpful communication tips and ways be authentic in how I talk to people to share my truth, my story.I found this program at the right time in my grieving process and o am thankful for the message and encouragement of hope that it brings to others.

I learned that I can take control of unfinished communications or pain from my past to move forward with my life, and not continue with misinformation and STERBS. The process was a lot of work, but it is meaningful.

this was the most important program I've done in my life... thanks for providing it in my town.
