I thoroughly enjoyed this training. As a clinician I often find it difficult to get someone who is grieving to apply or use any of the coping skills I offer. However, with the Grief Recovery Method I feel I will have much better outcomes. I really liked the way grief is explained and how all the myths about grief discussed. I also took away so many new techniques and terminology that I feel will be beneficial in the work I currently do and in my future endeavors in private practice. Catherine's knowledge, transparency, and overall ability to deliver a very long intense training and make it interactive and interesting was amazing.

I walked into this training with very little knowledge of the Grief Recovery Method. My expectation to learn more about grief was exceeded!
