This program worked surprisingly well! I wasn’t entirely sure what I would get out of this but I knew I needed to do something to work through all the grief I was carrying. I thought I was coming for a specific event. Instead I learned SO much about grief! I realized that I needed to start at the root and now I feel confident on continuing the journey moving forward with other loss and grief that I am carrying. I highly recommend this program to anyone and everyone!! This should be taught in schools...we’d be a much healthier society!
