Hi, I am Jeffery Harris. I am passionate about life, the people and creatures who are all part of the wonderful earth in which I live.
My journey to GRM started when my mother-in-law died. I encouraged my wife to go through the EAP at her job and get counseling about how she was feeling about her mother's death. She returned home visibly upset. When asked what happened, she said that the counselor said that she was "co-dependent." She went for help and was judged, criticized and labeled.
At that point I began to look for a way to help people deal with their loss and I found GRM. A place where people can feel safe to share their feeling and emotions about the loss in their life.
I live in Memphis, TN and offer Grief Support 1 on 1, Grief Support Group, Helping Children With Loss and Pet Loss Support Group.
It will be my honor to serve you as you walk your path to recovery from the loss in your life.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
