My great passion is helping others find healing after enduring a painful and life-shattering experience. I strive to help others find a healthy perception of self, so they can know themselves as whole and safe individuals with a sincere purpose to thrive in this sometimes traumatic and stressful world.
My goal for others and myself is to continue to grow forward and strengthen our relationships with those we care about and those we encounter in our daily lives. Together, we can get better, empower others, and reach higher levels of inner peace and comfort.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
