Hi. My name is Mika Barber. I am a Certified Life Coach, Parenting Coach and Educator, and an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist located in Salt Lake City, Utah. I service people in Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis Counties, in person. As a result of completing the Advanced Online Grief Recovery program, I am now able to help people from all over the world via online services.

I'm so glad you're here. It means you have taken the first step on a healing journey and I'd love to help. Grief became a major part of my life when I was in my early 20's and my mom died. It took me over a decade to even begin to deal with my grief and another 5 years before I found the Grief Recovery Method. I spent over 15 years searching for anything that would help me heal my broken heart. It felt like there was no place in the world for my grief. Finally, GRM provided the tools I needed. It was incredibly transformative for me and I instantly knew I needed to share it with others. I've experienced many other losses and life changes including: the loss of grandparents, friends and other loved ones, a divorce, kids leaving for college, moving, miscarriage, and many of the other 40+ losses GRM defines. I am incredibly grateful to have the skills to navigate through life's adversity. I know this work will help you too and I'd be honored to be your guide.
