Hello! I'm Natalie, and my journey into becoming a Grief Recovery Method Specialist came about due to my deep passion for animals and an even deeper empathy for those who've lost their furry companions. Since April of 2006, I've been immersed in the world of animals, working at the local Humane Society in Findlay, OH. Over the years, I've witnessed the joy our companion pets bring and the heartache that comes when we must say goodbye.
Recently, I had to say farewell to my own "cat-son", Jack. Jack was 16 years old, and I was fortunate enough to spend 16 years with him. The pain of that loss cut deep, and my grief was profound. I've decided to channel my energy into creating a safe haven for those in our community who are navigating the often underestimated journey of grief experienced by pet loss.
My goal is simple yet powerful: to offer a supportive space where people can freely express their feelings, memories, and pain while finding comfort in knowing they're not alone. So here I am, extending a hand and an open heart to anyone who's experienced the heartache of losing a pet. Together we'll navigate the complex emotions, honor the cherished memories, and find ways to heal and grow amid the grief.
