Hi, I'm Kade (they/them), and I'm a rare second-generation CGRMS located in Central Ohio. I was raised using the tools taught by the Grief Recovery Method and Helping Children With Loss programs, and have grown to genuinely appreciate and value these methods, and would love to help get these shared with as many others as I can.
Professionally, I have a background in graphic design and customer service, working all manner of jobs ranging from food service and retail, to customer service for more corporate/banking entities, to freelance and contracted design work. I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to meet with people outside more "standard" hours, and would be happy to do one-on-one work with people in a way that is accessible and meets them where they are.
I have a passion for working with parents of neurodivergent kids, adults with neurodivergencies themselves, LGBTQ+ and minority communities, and "caring for the caretakers" out there. I also have a soft spot for people dealing with pet loss and young adults trying to figure out their place in a world that kinda just feels like it's burning down around them - both of these are areas where I've personally had to do some major "personal work" and I'd love to do whatever I can to help others through theirs if possible. I want to be sure people feel heard and empowered, so we can make the world a little less scary for the next generation and beyond.
