Esther Willow
My name is Esther Willow and I am a co-griever and G.R.M. specialist living in North Bay Ontario. After the loss of my youngest son I retreated into depression, isolation and denial. It took me 3 years to reach out for support because I thought no one could possibly understand what I was going through. I threw myself into a busy schedule, trying to keep one step ahead of the pain. It worked, for a very short amount of time. I discovered the program as a participant 3 years into my grief journey. This program helped me identify a multitude of losses that I had never considered as having an affect on me as far as grief was concerned. I am now a certified specialist offering hope and solace to those who grieve.
I am an advocate for change, for communication and for understanding grief in all its forms.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
