I understand what it feels like to face overwhelming challenges. When I was in my twenties, I battled depression for a couple of years. And as a parent, I have experienced the death of a son. I know what it's like to feel lost. But I also walked the journey required to heal from those experiences.

When I went through The Grief Recovery Method® process, it had an incredible impact on my life and heart. I am thrilled to work with people as an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist, offering guidance and the right tools to help them on their journey. I was able to heal and thrive again after the losses I experienced. I can help you get there, too.

My counseling practice is in Columbus, Ohio, and I currently work with individuals and couples, in-person and online, who have experienced the loss of a child, career losses, burnout, loss due to anxiety, and more.

I have a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University. As a former pharmacist and pastor, I am able to serve people from a wide variety of backgrounds. I look forward to guiding you in your healing journey.
